People who sleep very well should be studied and compared to people who don’t sleep very well. I think differences would provide some insight. We don’t know yet why we sleep. Maybe there’s a cleanup process going on in the brain that occurs when we sleep. Maybe when this cleanup process is disrupted, Alzheimer’s results.
